The space
The room is located on the first floor of the diving center “Ko Lipe Diving School”
This 15sqm room (for 2 persons) is composed of a spacious bedroom (fitted with a “king size” mattress), an attached bathroom with hot shower.
The rooms have a small fridge, an air conditioning and a fan
There is a TV with all VOD and live channels connected. Internet is free and has bandwidth 15Mb
The area
The apartment is located in the heart of Koh Lipe. You will find restaurants, bars, travel agencies, massage places, … all around the place!
Pattaya Beach is only 3 minutes walk (200m), Sunrise beach 5 minutes (500m) and Sunset beach 5 minutes (500m).
A “7/11” store is 30m far from the apartment and you will be able to find everything you might need. There is also an ATM machine.

We must register at the immigration office everyone who will sleep in the apartment. A copy of each passport will be requested upon handing over the keys.
A refundable deposit has to be paid and it will be given back in cash during your check-out. We might use it to pay for excess electricity or additional cleaning fees if necessary
We only provide the minimum for your arrival (toilet paper, shampoo, shower gel and laundry detergent for your first day).
No restocking during your stay… there is a “7/11” located just 30 meters far from the apartment where you can find all these items.
Please note that we are not a hotel and will not clean up after you. It is your responsibility to leave the apartment in the same clean condition as you found it. If you do not do this, the deposit will be retained to pay for cleaning services. A cleaning service (per hour) is available if you wish… contact us for more information.

1. No shoes inside the building & apartment
2. No smoking allowed inside the apartment.
3. No eating inside the bedrooms
4. No pets are allowed unless prior approval has been obtained.
5. Guests are expected to keep the noise level down after 10 PM to respect the neighbors.
6. Please turn off all lights and air conditioning when leaving the apartment.
7. Any damages caused during your stay must be reported immediately and may result in additional charges.
8. Please do not rearrange furniture or take any items outside of the apartment.
9. Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight in the apartment. No party.
10. Please dispose of all trash in the designated bins downstairs.
11. Please respect the check-in (01.00pm) and check-out (11.00am) times, unless prior arrangements have been made.
12. Upon your check-in, we will take note of the electricity meter reading and use it as the starting point. At the end of your stay (during the check-out process), we will determine the amount of electricity units consumed and issue a bill to be paid if the usage exceeds 15 units per day.
13. Same goes for the water - 1 cubic meter (1.000L) per day maximum (every cubic meter will be billed 200THB)

I’m Eric, a passionate French individual in my early 40s who has made Thailand my home for the past 15 years.
My journey into the mesmerizing world of scuba diving began in 2012 when I decided to call the stunning island of Koh Lipe my diving haven.
Over the years, I’ve not only become a certified scuba diving instructor but have also taken on the roles of School Director and the proud owner of a retail store dedicated to all things underwater.
Join me as I delve into the enchanting world of scuba diving, sharing my experiences and insights gained during my time here in the heart of Thailand’s diving paradise.
