Vacation Rental Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and Reservation:

a. Reservations can be made online through our website or authorized booking
platforms.

b. To confirm a reservation, a deposit is required, the amount of which will
be specified at the time of booking.

2. Payment:

a. Full payment, including any additional fees, must be received before
check-in.

3. Check-In and Check-Out:

a. Check-in time is 01.00pm local time, and check-out time is 11.00am local
time.

b. Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and for an
additional fee.

4. Cancellation Policy:

a. Cancellation policies and associated fees will be detailed at the time of
booking. Please review these carefully.

5. Security Deposit:

a. A security deposit may be required to cover any damages or losses during
the stay.

b. The security deposit will be refunded after check-out, minus any
deductions for damages or extra charges.

6. House Rules:

a. Guests must adhere to house rules provided upon check-in, including
guidelines for noise levels, maximum occupancy, and other property-specific
rules.

b. Violation of house rules may result in eviction without a refund.

7. Property Condition:

a. The property will be clean and in good condition upon check-in.

b. Guests are expected to keep the property clean and report any damages or
issues to the property manager promptly.

8. Liability:

a. The property owner is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or
illnesses that occur while on the premises.

b. Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and are encouraged
to secure valuables.

9. Insurance:

a. It is recommended that guests have their own travel insurance to cover
any unforeseen circumstances.

10. Pets:

a. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly permitted in the property
description.

11. Smoking:

a. Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Smoking areas, if available,
will be specified.

12. Disputes:

a. Any disputes will be governed by local laws and settled in local courts.

13. Privacy:

a. Guest information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

14. Changes to Terms and Conditions:

a. These terms and conditions may be updated from time to time. Guests are
responsible for reviewing them periodically.

By making a reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and
agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms may
result in eviction or additional charges.
